HammrBack is operated by Walker Labs LLC. References to "HammrBack" in this policy refer to Walker Labs LLC d/b/a HammrBack.
We collect the information you provide during signup (name, email, phone, business details) and the information captured through AI conversations with your customers (names, phone numbers, addresses, service descriptions).
We use your data to operate the HammrBack service: sending text messages, scheduling appointments, managing leads, and processing payments.
Walker Labs LLC, operating under the brand name HammrBack, is the SMS messaging service identifier and the holder of all SMS opt-in consent records on this platform. Contractors who subscribe to HammrBack are platform customers; HammrBack delivers SMS messages on their behalf to homeowners who initiate contact with the contractor. Categories of messages sent through the HammrBack service include:
Opt-in: A homeowner opts in to receive SMS messages by placing an inbound voice call to a HammrBack-assigned business number tied to a specific contractor. The act of placing this customer-initiated call constitutes consent to receive a return SMS from HammrBack on behalf of that contractor, and to receive subsequent transactional follow-ups (appointment confirmations, reminders, payment links, review requests) related to the resulting service relationship. Consent is logged by Walker Labs LLC d/b/a HammrBack (timestamp, originating phone number, contractor recipient) and persists per (homeowner phone number, contractor) until the homeowner replies STOP.
Message frequency varies based on the activity of the job (typically 2–10 messages per service inquiry). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive contact information for the contractor sending the messages, or email support@hammrback.com.
Mobile information sharing: No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in (including phone numbers and consent records) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is only shared with sub-processors strictly to deliver the SMS service (see below).

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, phone numbers are released. Lead data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
